She's modern. They're vintage. Nobody's prepared.
What happens when a thoroughly modern woman finds herself trapped inside the wonderfully dramatic world of old-time radio?
Welcome to Madison on the Air, a comedy audio drama following Madison Standish as she stumbles into the legendary radio programmes of yesteryear, bringing her twenty-first-century attitude, opinions, and complete disregard for dramatic convention along for the ride.
From hard-boiled detectives and masked heroes to science-fiction adventures, supernatural mysteries, and romantic melodramas, Madison discovers that life inside classic radio is anything but predictable. Unfortunately for the characters around her, Madison has absolutely no intention of following the script.
About the Production
Madison on the Air celebrates the golden age of radio through affectionate parody, sharp comedy, and a contemporary perspective. Each adventure places Madison in the midst of a different classic radio setting, where her modern sensibilities collide with vintage storytelling.
